On the 10th of July 09 the biggest blaze in Central London after a decade in Dean Street (Soho), the historic building next door to The Red Fort which was used by film companies went up in flames. It took 100 fire fighters over 12 hours to get the blaze under control. The Red Fort was very lucky to escape the blaze, unfortunately The Red Fort took direct smoke and other flying debris damage and suffered tremendous water flood damage which was used to get the blaze under control. |
